Singapore citizens, permanent residents or foreigners with valid documentation
Aged 21 years old and above

Upon submission, we will contact you within three (3) business days to make an appointment for you to visit the Branch for account opening.

On the day of the appointment, please bring along the following documents:
Singapore Citizen or permanent resident: NRIC
Foreigners: Passport and supporting documents (Employment Pass, Work Permit, Dependent's Pass and Student Pass)
Proof of residence (e.g utility bill, bank statement, telco bill)
Cashier's Order or cheque

You will receive the fixed deposit placement confirmation by post within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to $75,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
